Editorial & Information Integrity Policy

How our nutrition panel verifies ingredient datasheets and audits allergen matrix changes.

1. Information Accuracy Mandate

We require all displayed macros, sodium limits, and allergy tags to trace back directly to public, verified PDF disclosures or restaurant ingredient files published by the original brand within the last 12-24 months.

When exact biochemical measures are unreleased, we explicitly tag those parameters as “Data unavailable” rather than inventing mock numbers, to maintain transparency.

2. Unbiased Medical Warnings

Our writers, dietary analysts, and medical reviewers maintain complete independence from fast-food sponsors. If we identify that a specific crispy chicken breast contains excessive soy oil, high sugars, or high-range salt levels, we highlight it clearly. Our primary goal is to help diners make informed choices based on raw data.
